Custom production
We take custom orders in carbon fiber, ABS and fiberglass. Design, mold making and manufacturing all happen in our own shop, so one team is responsible for the part from start to finish.
How a custom order runs
The same three stages for every material.
Design
We agree the shape with you first, working from drawings, CAD files, a 3D scan of the car, a sample part or reference photos.
Mold making
We build the master and production molds in-house. You approve the fit before production starts.
Manufacturing
Parts are made, trimmed and checked. We pack for export and ship to your country.
Carbon fiber
Custom carbon fiber parts made with the same methods we use for our own product line. Good for trim, covers, aero parts and panels where weight and finish matter.

Quote a carbon fiber part- Vacuum infusion
- Resin is drawn through dry carbon under vacuum. Consistent parts at a sensible cost for small and medium runs.
- Prepreg dry carbon
- Pre-impregnated carbon, cured for a high fiber-to-resin ratio. Lighter and stronger, with the clean finish of dry carbon.
ABS thermoforming
Body kits and accessories vacuum-formed from ABS sheet. Once the mold is made, ABS is quick to produce in volume and holds up well to daily use.

Fiberglass

- Glass mat and resin laid by hand into our molds, then trimmed and prepared for paint.
- Low minimums
- Small batches and single sets are possible once the mold exists.
